Patriotic supporters

A patriotic dinner has raised thousands of pounds for the Freddie Farmer Foundation based in Bromley.

The St George’s Day dinner took place at Oakley House, Bromley on April 25.

Over 170 supporters, including special guests The Chelsea Pensioners, turned out in their finest red and white to help raise money for the Freddie Farmer Foundation, named after young Freddie Farmer, of Hayes, who has cerebral palsy.

There was also a Militaire Orchestra sing-a-long, silent auction and dancing on offer.  “We had the most amazing night with some fantastic people,” said charity officer Karen Smith.

“It was very patriotic and people loved it.”
