World Cerebral Palsy Day

Happy World Cerebral Palsy Day! World Cerebral Palsy Day happens on the 6th of October, every year. It’s a day for raising awareness about cerebral palsy in support of the 17 million people who have cerebral palsy around the world. There are many different ways to get involved and show that you support World Cerebral Palsy Day.

This year’s theme from the organisers of World Cerebral Palsy Day is called ‘#UniquelyCP’ which aims to encourage people to share and celebrate how cerebral palsy makes them unique as well as telling their cerebral palsy story.

By sharing your personal stories, we can all see and celebrate the diversity of our community and the millions of ways cerebral palsy can touch our lives while combating stereotypes.
